This is nothing more than some more left wing brow beating of soft targets by the impotent and morally lack lustre organisation HRW.

They cant (or refuse) to do anything against Israel, Britain, US and the rest of coalition of the willing who dont seem to bound by any human rights conventions and kill 200,000 Iraqi’s each year, so attack soft targets such as Lanka who are doing much to preserve human rights in the face of relentless terror attacks.

HRW is a absolutely useless left wing body that adds no value to anyone except the port drinking lefties in middle class London & NY.

Dear de Rivero,

The GOSL is on a ruthless mission in eleminating the ethnic Tamils from their homeland Eelam. There are several crimes against humanity committed against Tamils and no action taken by the Intl community yet.

There is no Rule of Law and Tamils are evicted by the govt forces from their homes. There are no genuine investigations against those who committed the crimes and due to this the situation is continue to escalate further.

Tamils are mudered inside Churches and Hindu temples. Several Tamils have been kidnapped and killed from capital Colombo where the govt has full control. This clearly shows that the govt and /or their forces have a hand in it. Tamil youth who were kidnapped from Colombo were found without their heads in 2007.

Despite these cruel attrocities, Tamils are surprised that the Intl community has not taken a firm stand aganist state terrorism.

UNO was established haff a century ago with the objevtive of maintaining law & order world wide in order to have a fair, equatable and happier life for the mand kind. UN rights council and/or any other umbrella organisation comming under UN has never produced any tangible result in terms of the objective they are responsible to. The reality is that all the leading members are producing fire arms in one hand and creating a ready market for their produts on the other hand for their survival. The world today is in a big mess. Can anyone indicate one country without terrorist or similer civil problem.
